There is no age requirement or account creation necessary to use the Service. The Service is available for use by individuals and entities worldwide.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use and share the User Content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of any third party. You agree not to use the Service in any manner that is prohibited by these Terms or any applicable laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.

We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations do not result in a resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by Liberty Labs from its offices within the Republic of Korea. If you access the Service from a location outside the Republic of Korea, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Service or any content accessed through the Service in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction and without notice to you.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
